Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 8pm, disabled parking also available.

Times: Entry to the venue from 8pm, film starts at 9.30pm, film ends at 11.45pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Food and Drink: There will be on site catering and licensed bar. PLEASE NOTE: cash only will be accepted on the night at the outdoor food and drink stands, no card payment facility available.. Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Glasses or glass bottles are NOT to be brought onto site.

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be an unreserved deckchair located at the front of the screening area. These deckchairs are allocated to all premium seat ticket holders on a first come, first served basis, but all seats provide great views of the screen. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £2 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return your blanket at the end of the screening.

Standard Entry: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view.

Other Useful Info: please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. We have the ability to change the screen location on site in the event of rain and provide under cover seating. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area.
