Tickets
Tickets purchased online can be sent by e-mail free of charge.
Please print each individual ticket in the email.
Emailed entry tickets can be printed in black and white or colour.
You can also have tickets posted at an extra charge of £1.50 per order. 
Each ticket has a unique barcode that can be used once for entry on any of the Show.
Your booking reference for the entire order is printed on each ticket in case of queries.

Disabled Ticketing Policy
Bath & West Shows Ltd is pleased to operate a scheme to provide one complimentary entry ticket for a Carer/PA of a qualified disabled visitor to enable them to access the Show.

If you wish to apply for a Carer/PA ticket in order to have assistance at the Show please purchase a standard ticket at the relevant price and submit your application and supporting documentation (details of where to send the application are below). If the disabled visitor is a child, please purchase a child ticket at the current rate and apply for the free carer ticket in the same way. Please note free tickets are not available on the gate and must be applied for in advance. 

Supporting Documentation:
All applications require evidence of supporting documentation. This is mandatory in order for applications to be processed.
Please include evidence of at least one of the following with your completed form (printed or scanned copies are acceptable);

  • Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
  • Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
  • Recognised assistance dog ID card

Application Deadline:
All applications with supporting evidence must be submitted by the application deadline on 24 May 2017 to enable the complimentary ticket to be dispatched to you ahead of the Show.

Camping Tickets
Camping facilities are available within a stewarded area during the Show.

Camping passes only allow admission into the campsite, not into the show. Show admission tickets can be purchased as required but must be purchased in advance with your camping pass.

The pitches are 6.5 metres wide and you can either camp or bring a caravan. There are toilets, showers, an elsan point and a water stand pipe.

The pitch fees are £15 per night and are available from Tuesday night to Saturday night during the Show. Departure is required by 10.30 following the night of the booking and arrivals by 20.30 daily.

Getting Here

The showground is easily accessible from the M5 and is situated along the A371 Castle Cary - Shepton Mallet road. We are approximately 25 miles from Bristol and 20 miles from Bath. Please go to the individual sections for further information on bus, rail or taxi travel.

By Car

All car parks at the Bath & West Show are free.
The Showground is on the A371 between Shepton Mallet and Castle Cary.
From Bristol: turn off at M32 and take the A37.
From Devon or Cornwall: leave the M5 at junction 23
From the East: take the M3, A303, A371.

By Rail

The nearest stations are Bristol Temple Meads, Castle Cary or Templecombe.
