What are the ticket prices on the day?
Adults: £25
Child: £8
Senior: £23 (A senior Citizen rate is available on the gate and on-line during the Show)

Camping Pitches
Camping facilities are available within a stewarded area during the Show.

What does my camping pass give me access to?
Camping passes only allow admission into the campsite, not into the show. Show admission tickets can be purchased as required but must be purchased in advance with your camping pass.

How big are the camping pitches?
The pitches are 6.5 metres wide and you can either camp or bring a caravan. There are toilets, showers, an elsan point and a water stand pipe.

How much is a camping pitch?
The pitch fees are £15 per night and are available from Wednesday night to Saturday night during the Show.  Departure is required by 10.30 following the night of the booking. Arrivals between 8am and 8pm daily.

Does the campsite have electric hook up?

Please take note of the Camping Terms & Conditions below:
    Open fires, charcoal and disposable BBQs are not permitted
    Only integral and diesel generators are permitted
    Please use bins provided
    Keep fire lanes clear
    Empty toilet waste into tanks provided not toilet units
    No sound systems will be permitted on site
    Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, pre-booked only
    Sleeping in cars overnight is not permitted
    Strictly no Chinese lanterns on site
    Strictly no fireworks on site
    No water source should be deemed drinking water unless specifically labelled as such
    Please remain vigilant to fire safety in order to help keep yourselves and other Show visitors safe
    All visitors are expected to respect their fellow campers, campsite staff, facilities and environment and any antisocial or unruly behaviour will result in     eviction with no refund
    Although smoking is permitted within pitches and open areas, the Organisers request all cigarette ends are disposed of safely
    All visitors are urged to keep valuables, caravans, tents and vehicles secure. Anything suspicious should be reported to the Campsite Stewards or Security without delay

    Bookings are non-refundable

Disabled Ticketing Policy
Bath & West Shows Ltd is pleased to operate a scheme to provide one discounted entry ticket for a Carer/PA of a qualified disabled visitor for £15.00 to enable them to access the Show.

Discounted Carer/PA tickets are available on-line.

Is there a car park?
Yes and car parking is FREE.

How do I get there by car?
We are situated on the A371 between Shepton Mallet and Castle Cary.
Coming from the Bristol area: Turn off at M32 and take the A37.
Coming from Devon or Cornwall: Turn off at junction 23 off M5
Coming from the East: Take the M3, A303, A371.

How do I get there by train?

Are there toilet facilities on site?
Yes. There are nine yellow painted toilet blocks that are conveniently located around the site. They can be found at the following destinations:
    Sportsman’s Row
    Ninth Avenue
    Sixth Avenue near the Dulverton Pavilion
    Between Fourth and Third Avenue
    First Avenue
    Second Avenue
    Horse Lines
    Main Ring
    Ring Two
Toilets are also be located in the Showering Pavilion and the Bath and West Restaurant, both with disabled facilities. We have baby changing and shower facilities in particular blocks around the Showground.

Are there disabled facilities?
We provide excellent services to ensure all areas of the showground are accessible. All avenues have hard surfaces and all buildings, toilets and shower facilities can be accessed with ease, making your day out with us an enjoyable experience. A Changing Places facilities is also available in the First Aid Building by the Main Gate.

Are there any lifts on site?
Lift access is provided to the top floor of the Showering Pavilion and also to the Bath and West Restaurant.

Can I pre-order a mobility scooter?
Mobility Scooters will be available to hire at the show. Please contact Advanced Mobility Solutions to book your mobility scooter before you attend the show to avoid disappointment on the day.

If you pre-book a mobility scooter we would recommend you use the YELLOW Car Park, as the mobility scooters will need to be collected & dropped off at the YELLOW Gate.

What do I do if I need any first aid throughout my visit?
A purpose built, well equipped centre is located next to the main entrance. Head here to seek medical attention.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome here at the Showground, however we request that they are kept on a lead at all times.
Dogs will not be permitted in certain areas on site. Please be attentive of restricted areas at all times.
Assistance dogs are exempt from restricted areas.

Is there a cash machine on site?
Cash Machines are available on the Showground at some Shows. Please contact the Event organiser for further details.
